Reinstalled Windows, Now My Laptop is Acting Up in a Myriad of Ways

I'm running Windows 10 Home Edition (Build: 10240 I think?) on a Sony Vaio SVF14N13CXB (Vaio Flip 14A). My wireless card (which I replaced myself a year or so ago is an Intel wireless AC 7260.
I reinstalled Windows a week or two ago to try and get all the crap cleared from my system. Prior to this I was experiencing none of the problems that I now am. They are including but not limited to:

-My laptop does not always go to sleep when I close the lid

-When I open the lid of my laptop, %90 of the time I have to press the power button and I see the Vaio splash screen as if the computer is turning on (rather than just waking from sleep)

-My hard drive clicks incessantly just after I turn the laptop on or bring it back from sleep. I thought the drive might be dying but I ran diagnostics that said it was healthy, and this never happened before reinstalling windows so my guess is that's the real issue.

-Sometimes when I wake the computer from sleep I see the BIOS recovery telling me that no OS could be found, but when I restart my computer it will boot straight into windows with all the programs I had previously running. This is very strange to me.

-Many other problems that my guess is, stem from whatever is causing the preceding problems.
My guess is driver issues, but I don't know what drivers would be causing these issues. I've updated all the drivers I could and looked at power options to try and fix the sleep issue, but to no avail. I really don't know what's going on and can't find any specific answers online. Please help!

Since Sony don't have any Windows 10 drivers for that model, I'm guessing that's causing most of the issues.
They only have drivers for 64-bit Windows 8 & 8.1

Knowing that, If that had been me, I wouldn't have upgraded to Windows 10.

I would have guessed that too, but I used the laptop for a month with windows 10 with no issues. Then reinstalling messed it all up.
