Remove disks or other media

I tried to put a new OS but it says
Press any key to boot from USB.
(Pressed)
Remove disk or other media.
Press any key to restart

Changed some bios settings to boot from USB
Then I putted USB and pressed F9 many times
Then I chooses boot from usb
And it gives the same error Everytime
Current OS windows 7
New OS Ubuntu 16.04

Have you tried going into "Boot Manager" then "Boot Device Options" and then turn off "Secure Boot"?

This may let you access it.
