Rendered videos twice as long. (VirtualDub)

When I attempt to save a video in VirtualDub the rendered file is twice as long as it should be. After the actual video ends it just shows a frozen frame. I am using Xvid and Lame MP3.

I just played the video with audio and it is at like half speed, so I screwed around with that for a bit. It seems to be a problem with Lame codec. If I use PCM it is 49 seconds like it is supposed to be but the file size is way too big.

Is there some other codec I can use?

Nevermind, it just started working again somehow.
