are there any "channels" on roku that has live stream of cable tv? is there a list somewhere online that has an up to date list of all the "channels" available in roku for ever country.

on a different topic is there a way to get a live stream of cable tv on apple tv?

If you have a 2nd or 4th generation Apple TV you can install KODI on it that may give you some access to cable channels.
