Samsung Blue Ray

My Samsung Blu Ray player (model # ht-em35) won't turn on. I've taken it apart and blew it out as well as the fan. It still won't turn on. Assuming it is dead, can anybody recommend another player that will hook up to the surround sound speakers that came with this one? Also, I am not using a HDMI cable because my have a giant Mitsubishi projection tv and it doesn't have one. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

You need a combination BD player/ AV receiver with sub amp built in, These only come with complete HTS packages. An AV receiver won't have a BD player built in or the amp for the subwoofer. Cheaper to get a new home theater package with AV output.
