Samsung Galaxy S9+ Problems

Hi,

I bought this mobile on 17th March 2018.
It looks without any proper testing this mobile has been released in the market.

It has multiple problems, few of them are mentioned below :

1. There is no Copy / Forward / Share given for auto generated messages.

2. More than 6 lines messages are not getting delivered.

3. After pressing call button it is taking around 40 seconds to respond it is happening for every call and every where.

4. Call voice clarity is drastically coming down after 5 to 10 minutes call conversation.

5. No support has given to call recording apps.

I escalated these issue with Samsung India and requested them to refund my amount and take back their product but they are not showing willingness.

Please put this information in your website so that it will help other customers.

This is highly worst mobile, not worth for any money.

If it is giving you this much trouble, I would take it back and have them give you another working device. No new device should give you such problems.
