Samsung galaxy y software problems

Hello,
Hi there my sd card keeps appearing where the 3G is. When this happens i have to switch the ph off sometimes about 3 times before i can use ph. The 2G that was in the ph did the same i though maybe my memory was full and got an 8G memory card. Samsung galaxy y. Pls i need help to fix my phone.

Have you tried taking it to your cell phone provider to get assistance with your phone ? Since you have a contract for thier service they should be able to help you with your phone because they would like to keep you as a customer.

Hi everybody thank u i did contact my service provider and it was my sim card that was faulty.
