Hello,
I cannot power up my notebook. Last i plugged in the adapter when screen said 10 percent battery available. I continued working for maybe two minutes before the screen went black. The adapter cord continues with a green light. This morning, I changed wall outlets, removed the battery, put battery back...but still no power up. Please help. Thank you

What do the lights on the netbook itself do when you attempt to power on? Can it be started/run without battery installed?

Check the voltage coming out of the charger and a green light does NOT mean its working....

The voltage was checked but it didn't register at 19.
No lights come on with/without battery installed & adapter plugged in.
I am waiting for a new adapter to arrive any day.

Thank you for your suggestions. I will let you know once the adapter arrives.
