Solved! Samsung s6 stuck in safemode and down button not working HELP

Samsung s6 is stuck in safe mode. Tried turning restarting using drop down menu that says touch to disable, phone will restart. Phone restarts but is still in safe mode. Volume down is not working so when I press power and the volume down button the phone just reboots, still in safe mode.
Please help this is very frustrating

If the button is stuck, until you can fix the button, it will continue to be in "Safe Mode". You need to fix that button.
