My Samsung smart tv can get an internet connection with a wired or wireless connection. When it's connected wireless I can see my network drives via the smart hub (using Serviio) and stream from my PC to the tv. After some time (times vary) the tv drops the connection and I need to restart what i was watching.
I'd like to try connecting via a wired connection to see if that stops the drops. When I do this the tv shows that I have internet connectivity however I'm not able to see my PC files or Serviio anymore.
I'm assuming it's a router setting that I need to change however my Networking knowledge is basic. I've got a Netgear R6400 router.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
