samsung tab s2 brand new wont charge..help!

If it is brand new, and you are using the new charger cord that came with it, you should probably take it back to where you purchased it from and have them replace it. It may just be defective. Could be the device or the charger that is and they should be able to check it for you and/or replace it.

Thanks for responding quickly. I called T-Mobile support and they came to the conclusion that I will need to return it and get it exchanged.
