Samsung tv won't connect to internet

New 70" Samsung TV. Used to connect fine suddenly stopped. All other devices in house connect fine. Have 2 separate ISP's. Won't connect to either. Tried manual DNS 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 with no success. Connected via LAN no luck there either. Ideas?

You have 2 ISP, your place is more complex than the average home, so who set this up? where is that person?
