Hello!
I've got this laptop: http/www.toshiba.co.uk/discontinued-products/satellite-c660-108/
It has 3GB with 2 RAMS installed, 1x2GB and 1x1GB
The 1GB RAM went bad and I had to replace it and I purchased a:
Corsair Vengeance 4GB High Performance Laptop Memory Upgrade Kit (CMSX4GX3M1A1600C9)
http/www.corsair.com/vengeance-4gb-high-performance-sodimm-memory-upgrade-kit-cmsx4gx3m1a1600c9.html
and I'm encountering the following weird issues with these RAMs:
1) When I have only the 2GB RAM installed on either RAM slot, the Laptop works perfectly I can browse the Internet, write office documents etc.
2) When I have both RAMs installed, I can access the BIOS, it shows me that I have 6GB RAM installed but I cannot boot to Windows and the laptop crashes
3) When I have only the Corsair RAM installed, my laptop won't start at all.
What could be the problem?
Isn't my laptop compatible with the Corsair RAM?
What should I do?
