Screen glitch on windows 10

Lots of little squares of assorted colors are popping up on my screen

look at the pictures
it does this a few minutes after I reboot, I have used Full system scan multiple times, and it still does this. seems to be getting worse over time, and does not do this on any other devices on this monitor.

Most likely thing is a failing video card. Not easy to tell what it may be without any info about the system. Laptop, desktop? Brand/model, did you try anything to fix it? Could be heat issues, rarely RAM issues can cause this with systems that use integrated video.

PNY GTX 970. custom-built desktop, samsung 16 GB ram

Test the video card in another system with a good quality power supply, see if the issue follows the card.

The problems is, I only have one PSU and this is the only windows rig in the house
Oh and if this helps cpu is Amd Fx 8350

Nothing you can do without testing things, we can only suggest what it MAY be, to find out what it is, you need to do.
