Hello,

I work in a small office and lately I have been getting emails from my internet provider about someone downloading torrents on the internet their. The wifi is hidden and only 3 computers connect via wifi. So I'm wondering is their any software that will let me login from home to the computers at my job without any hint that I am viewing it? Like logmein shows someone is viewing the computer I want something that doesnt show any form of me logging in to it. Is that possible? Even better if it has remote access also.

Thank you

You know it's happening, so that can make it easier. What I would do is first, make sure everyone knows this needs to stop. Period. Make it so serious that anyone found to be doing from that point forward will be fired. Next, go into the router and change passwords. While are you in there setup MAC filtering so that only the wifi NICs from the laptops you approve of will be allowed on the network. These steps combined should make your network secure if it's an outside source, and difficult if it's an employee.

Due to this forum's rules, helping with screen monitoring like you mention isn't really allowed. You can randomly check the laptops for torrent programs. You can check the logs in the router to see which laptop was doing it. You can install "parent" programs that will prevent the laptops from being able to browse to porn or torrent sites. The behavior should stop after the company meeting where you say it has to stop. But I would do the other things as well.
