More and more lately when i go to flash sites i get an error "script in this movie is causing adobe flash player 10 to run slowly do you want to abort?"

running win 7 with all updates, problem occurs in ie, ff, and chrome. Can't recall the other sites its done it on but the latest offender is http/www.gigabyte.us/

I get the same thing on my iBook. Flash is another crappy Java based app. I totally despise Java. Somebody please kill the miserable creature and replace it with something that really works.
