sd card apps: unfortunately 'app' has stopped

Hello!
I have a sandisk Ultra 16GB micro sd card hc1
it's work good!! But in sd apps
((my moved apps to sd card)) I open any sd card app the phone tell me.. "unfortunately 'app' has stopped"
And I try to move my photos and videos to the sd card
and the phone delete every thing in sd card 🙁

I root my galaxy s4 to fix this problem and I download xposed fixing apps
the sd card working better than before no stopping apps no delete pic&vid

BUT some times tell me again "unfortunately 'app' has stopped"
my way to fix it is restart my phone
but it's not a finally fixed 🙁


So I need you guys to give me a good solution to fix this problem finally please 🙁

my device:
galaxy s4 GT-19500 rooted kitkat 4.4.2

if there is a root apps can fix that problem please let me know Thanks!

Some apps simply won't work from the SD card so it looks like you've got one of those so move it back to the internal virtual SD card.

Was the photographs folder larger than the free space on the external card?
