sd card not working in s4 but works in s3

For About 3 month my s4 sd card could be found and all picts etc were sent n stored on sd card , then one day , phone stopped recognisin the sd card , iv tried sd card in a couple different phones and they have no issue storing or reading from it . Iv tried downloading apps ,restoring phone etc ,also replaced the whole sd.and simple card unit . Plz help

Does your computer recognize it? Most likely, it simply malfunctioned, and you may not be able to access the files anymore.

When connected to computer and sd cards in phone ,no it doesn't recognise it ,if i put sd card in computer on its own ,Yes it's recognised .
If i put sd card into any other phone it's recognised no probs

Not really a suggestion or help SORRY. Im just wondering if you ever found out what the issue was? Im having the same problem with my s4. I have so much on this sd card. Plus the phone's not even a year old. So i want a resolution.
Please help if you can.

Hi never found a solution , I even replaced the sd unit , my S4is less than a year old now and iv tried all sorts of sd cards , they all work in my S3 , I'm thinking its a software problem , iv also had the misfortune of the dijitizer not working , I can see a crack in it but the glass is in perfect condition so need to replace that now ,
