4- is important that screen being ips for graphic design?

The 1050 is a substantially better GPU than the old 950m. It's almost on par with the 970m.

I'd rank the speed difference in everyday use as SSD (most important), then GPU, then CPU. But for programming and After Effects you're going to want to eliminate choice #3 since it's a dual core CPU. Stick with the quad cores for those tasks.

Your #2 choice (the one with the 1050) I believe comes with a M.2 slot. If so, you could add a SSD in the future.

Brand doesn't really matter. The vast majority of laptops aren't actually made by the brand name, they're made by ODMs - original design manufacturers, like an OEM except they also design the laptop. The brand names (including Apple) just slap their name on it before shipping it to you.

For graphics art work, yes an IPS panel is preferred. The colors on a TN panel will change depending on your vertical viewing angle, making graphics work very difficult unless you can make sure your screen is always tilted at the exact same angle and your head is always in the exact same position. The amount of color shift varies with TN panel though, so some may be usable. But it's never ideal. I don't consider this as high a priority though since you can always hook up an IPS external monitor.
