Sennheiser G4ME ZERO Microphone not working

Hi,

I have my Sennheiser G4ME ZERO headset plugged into my 2015 15" MacBook Pro w/ Retina. It recognizes the microphone but doesn't take audio from it. The audio plays just fine but the microphone doesn't work at all. It doesn't work on either the Mac side or Windows 10 (BootCamp) side.

Newer macs can have compatibility issues with 3.5mm ports, you might need to get an extender cable to make sure that it makes proper connection.
