For few weeks now I hear voices coming from my electronic devices when I play audio (not really in the mood for schizophrenia jokes). There are some teenagers(judging by their voices) probably in one of the near apartment buildings with whom we share a wall. The voices are very clear and sometimes overpower the audio of the device that I'm using (laptop, mp3 player, phone, even a cassette player). Sometimes when I'm walking near my apartment building and listening to music I can hear them loud and clear, which means that it can cover a big ratio. What kind of a device can do that? How can I stop it interfering with my devices?
Could be a transmitter of some sort. In the US the FCC is in charge of this kind of problem.
Since you say it is received by many devices and in the street they should be able to help.
Yeah, problem is that I'm not in the US and the police here won't be able to locate the source of the transmission. There isn't anything with what I could cover my devices (at least the mp3) and be able to stop the interference?
