I'll answer my own thread, for those that seek the same situation. You need to replace your main board, I found some on eBay for 50 bucks, take the back off your TV and just swap them out. Don't do this if you still have warranty, I however, did not have one anymore. Saved me hundreds in labor cost. Only cost me 50 bucks and about 15 minutes of my time and now my TV acts like it's new. Hope this helps someone else, I couldn't find anything about this online.
I had to come here to give my review as I searched all around for answers and only one gave me answers that didn't require spending. I have a LC-48LE653U sharp Aquos tv, that was stuck in start up loop. Went on sharp's website to download firmware, but of course it wasn't there, because this specific model was not made by sharp, it came right out of China, so I used the next best thing the LC-55LE653U firmware, and best believe it worked
1. You'll need a USB, it should be blank, to do this right click theUSB when the computer detects it, and select format
2. Go on sharps website and type in the model of your tv
3. Under product downloads, you'll see firmware, accept and download the 1st one
4. It takes around 8 to 10 mins depending on ur computers space
5. Go to where the file is downloaded, right click, select extract all, a pop up will appear asking where you want to extract it to, select your USB
6. When it's finished downloaded safely eject
7. Unplug ur tv,
8. Insert USB in tv, then plug tv in. DO NOT PRESS THE POWER BUTTON
9. When the firmware is installed, tv will come on automatically.
Now you can set up ur tv.
I promise you'll thank me, I made sure to give details, because I struggled to find info, hope I helped one person to save 1000s of dollars on a new set or repair
