Should I get Apple TV 2 or 4?

I am looking to stream airplay content but also install kodi to be able to get free movies and cable.
I was wondering if I should go for Apple TV 2 as I know this is the only one which is jailbreakble or Apple TV 4 as it's the newest and just scrap the free movies and cable?
