I am currently looking for a tablet since my main computer is an i7 2700K computer running Windows 8.1 and I need one that runs either Windows RT or another 8.1 tablet to sync my files using Skydrive to take notes at campus and to surf the web/check email.
The two tablets that interest me currently is the Surface for $349 with the Tegra 3 quad-core processor, and the ASUS Transformerbook T100 for $374. I am currently leaning towards the ASUS since it has an Intel X86 chip and runs a full version of Windows 8.1 unlike Windows RT on the surface and is also quad core.

They both have 2 GB RAM, but the ASUS also has 64 GB of internal storage while the Surface has 32 GB which I don't think is enough.
Anyone have any suggestions? I want a 10 inch tablet,
Is the ASUS worth the extra $25?
