I want to get the note 4 in a few weeks to replace my moto g. I was thinking of getting the note 4 as its much cheaper but I want to get it new because I know that it will work properly and not be slow or broken.
New: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/NEW-SAMSUNG-GALAXY-NOTE-4-32GB-CHARCOAL-BLACK-UNLOCKED-SIM-FREE-SM-N910-/252304268919?hash=item3abe819e77:g:9M4AAOSwPc9W1MCO

Seller refurbished: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Samsung-Galaxy-Note-4-SM-N910P-4G-LTE-32GB-Unlocked-Smartphone-/331833212699?var=&hash=item4d42ccff1b:m:mmP0brcQGdl2MzTTQ3aMcvA

What would be the best option? Should I spend the extra money to get it new or should I just settle for the seller refurbished one?

The Note 7 (they are skipping 6) will be announced next month. I'd suggest waiting and seeing where the prices for older models land. You might end up being able to pick up a Note 5 for a similar price as the Note 4 you're looking at now, and if not, then the Note 4 will only get cheaper.
