Is it safe to use in terms of privacy and exploits? Also i know its in beta and it seems faster but does the latest beta build crash or have any bugs? Thanks.

Beta builds change constantly. If you aren't willing to keep up with the updates and problems yourself, it's probably better to just stick with the stable releases.
