siberia 800 audio problems!!!

So I bought these a week ago and I for the life of me cant get the 7.1 surround sound working and after trying to change the settings the audio all together went kaput and plays the sound completely terribly. so now I am trying to fix that and trying to get the surround sound working if anyone has suggestions...PLEASE HELP

I have looked everywhere and not one person that has this problem has gotten the surround sound
working, and everyone that gets it working doesn't tell and leave's everyone trying to figure it out themselves.

to get 7.1 you need to use the digital audio port on the mb and a digital audio cable into the controller box for the head set.

I have done that, I am talking about in the system settings the audio i am getting is now where near surround sound,
plus I have all drivers up to date.

try this uninstall realteck software...reboot and then reinstall. reboot and go into windows playback devices. if it set to nvidia reset it to digital output. not realteck speakers.
