Sim slot permanently. Blocked gow do i unblock it

Alcatel pop star 5.1 got unlock code from tesco but still says sim slot permanently locked. Any help

You need to talk to the carrier/service provider. If it isn't working, it may actually be a flaw in the phone, then you may need it replaced.

We have no way of unblocking/unlocking a SIM only the carrier can do that.
