Slow setup

Hello,
raw hdd boot and setup very slow as if a snail is in there. Can anybody there heal me cause i can't seem to do anuthing. Even if i have changed the hdd. But when i use my pc in runs perfect. I have run the hdd,ram and startup test whch all passed.
