Small speakers or soundbar under $200

Currently use the tv speakers on my vizio which gets the job done but can be hard to clearly hear sometimes. Tv is wall mounted and I have 3 wall mounted shelves below it that hold my 3 consoles. Looking for a small sound bar or a pair of speakers that I could put on top of the Xbox one which is on the top shelf or use 3M tape and slap it on the underside of the top shelf if its lightweight.

Here is a picture of my setup so you get an idea of what I'm looking for. Shelves are 17-18 inches wide.

Budget is under $200. Bluetooth would be a nice thing to have.
