Smart TV screen trouble

Hi folks.

For a fair few weeks now my TV screen on a Samsung ue40ju6000 has what appears to be inverted colours. It looks like a colour negative and have trawled the net for answers and spoke with Samsung but to no avail. They say it needed software update, but that didn't work. I've attempted to look through the Service Menu but there's so much in there and also, I don't want to mess anything important up!

If anyone has come across this before and has any ideas, please let me know. If it's genuinely ruined then let me know too as don't want to just replace it if it's actually a simple job to mend.

Did you try different inputs? Resetting the options to defaults? It's no longer in warranty? Seems if there are issues and it's in warranty you can get it fixed or replaced.
