Smart tv sound source not switching

Samsung smart tv connected to audio receiver.

Works good with the tv and when I switch to Roku.

However, if I select netflix via the tv panel, I get the netflix screens etc but the sound still comes from the the cable station. i.e. the sound isn't switching to netflix.

Do not connect Roku to TV, must do this:

All Source Components (including Roku)----->Receiver---->TV.

The Samsung and the roku connect via the audio receiver.
