Software Sizing Tool

I am looking for a server sizing tool? Any recommendations? Basically I need something where I input type of server I need (eg. DC, Exchange, File server, etc), Number of users connecting to it, size of network, etc, etc and it will give me the spec of server required

Microsoft documentation for setting up those types of servers has that info. Don't know of a utility where you plug in numbers and get the answer.
