software to block USB ports

Hi,

Please tell me a good free software to block USB ports.
And it should have a password protection.

It is like this. The software will be used in my institute's IT lab. So, the point is to prevent students from plugging USB devices and lecturers should be able to plug their USB flash drives.
So, it should be a simple on/off software with password protection. Every lecturer don't know how to disable/enable from BIOS or Windows. So, a software with password protection would be nice.

There are others. I just Googled "usb disable software"

It is usually impossible to do this on most motherboards. The "USB Bus" entails all ports, so if you were to disable the driver it would disable all.
