Can you help me find one? Software to continuously monitor packet loss. I need one which saves logs at the end, and works exactly like ping [URL or IP] -T from Windows Prompt.
I need to know when my ISP is having a loss of packets, because sometimes the tracert command reports more than 100-200ms for all routes, and sometimes not only that, but a decrease of 99% on the broadband speed. And then you need to turn off/on the modem itself, or wait one/two minutes for returning to normal.
This is very annoying, and I proved it's not the modem's fault, by testing on the wireless network and the modem itself, alone. In both cases I experienced issues.
