Solution for E-GPU for Lenovo G450

I have lenovo G450 that i bought quite a few years back. Researching a little i found out that its impossible to upgrade it. The RAM can be increased up to 8gb, but thats all. But however , it has a built in ExpressCard slot. I have managed to find only one parts related to the conversion of that port into pcie 16x.(http/www.clickbd.com/bangladesh/1458936-pci-e-16x-to-1x-adapter-usb-3-0-riser-cable.html)----this is the one.

I can find a ExpressCard to USB converter. No other PCI-E to express card converter or such adapters are available in my country.
So, my question is ,

((1)) Will a external GPU be compatible with my laptop?
((2)) If so, Can I build a external adapter with a PCI-E 16X to 1X Adapter USB 3.0 Riser Cable and a ExpressCard to USB 3.0 adapter?

Actually eGPU's are compatible to most of the laptops out there as long as you have a mPCI-e which is normally used by your wireless card but some eGPU nowadays uses Thunderbolt or USB.
