Solved! solution to keyboard malfunction & continuous beep sound & continuous scrollingof my laptop compaq presario CQ57

my laptop compaq presario CQ57 makes a beep continuous sound when starting up window and stop when windows is finally up, also continuous scrolling of the mouse without stopping until i shutdown. keyboard malfunction, not being able to type even when i used external keyboard

I would start to wonder if there isn't a virus or malware on the device that is causing the problem.
