Something weird going on with my Desktop

Hey, so not a long time ago a strange thing happened while I was playing CS:GO.
I pressed Alt+Tab cuz I had to check something and when I got back in game the colors were kinda fckd up.. This also happened with other games too..
The only way to restore that was to restart or put the PC to sleep and get back on it.
I'll attach a file with the desktop, maybe it helps..

This is most likely because the games are running in full screen. Try using borderless windowed.

I have run into that with Full Screen Games as well. I noticed it happens if the full screen game has to change your screen resolution to run. Switching back and forth seems to cause it to glitch on a lot of systems.

I have also found that windowed full screen works great.
