I have a new computer with Windows 7 and have download the camera with the disk supplied,but cannot e mail stored photos, it gives me an error message saying that the e mail contains an attachment whose file is considered dangerous,the file has been deactivated.
I had Windows XP before and had no problem whatsoever to email photos stored (under my Pictures) as an attachement

Similar to the question above. What format are the pictures in (.jpg,)? How are the files named (might give a clue as to why they are considered dangerous)?

what is the picture you try to email? by right email will not block pictures unless they are exe files.

Thanks so muchr yout answer, I have been able to solve the problem as follows:

Open E Mail on top of opage
clivk NW
E mailbox appears
click INSERT
click ATTACH FILE and your picture gallery appears,
click on photo you wish to send, it will eppear as attachment JPG on your E Mail
complete your e Mail with Reference, etc and send

It has worked for me

If the picture is very large one has to size down ( use Paint) save and send as above
