Solved! Sony Dream System

Hello, I have a 5 yr old Sony Dream System Model # HCD-XF80 that the color went bad on (only blue & green - no reds). When the TV is playing, color is normal. I'm afraid the DVD-CD player went south on me. It has less than 100 DVD's played on it. Any comments or help is appreciated.

i dont see anything but jibberish for that model number when doing an internet search.

the sony dream system comes with a dvd player i see.
is the dvd player built into the receiver?
because if it is.. you might need a simple board repair or replacement.

maybe the receiver has inputs and you can use the amplifier with something else?

i mean.. this reply stinks, but again, there was nothing but jibberish in the search results.

bummer that you had less than 100 dvd's played on it and its acting up.
