I am having difficuty in connecting my v600i to the PC using a DCU-11 cable. Has anyon got a solution for this?

try to check the ubs cable if no sign of "cut", dirt, or loose connectivity in USB port from PC to DCU-11. If same problem occur try to re install the PC suite.

What is the specific issue you are having?

My PC recognises the cable but when I connect the phone and run the SE PC Suite, it cannot find the phone.

This is the first time I have tried to connect the phone to the PC since I have had the phone.

SE Technical support just provided me with the exact details that are on their website so no help there.

I have even repeated the whole process afresh on my laptop but I am faced with the same issue.

I shall be grateful for any assistance you are able to provide.

No the phone did not come with any software, I've dowloaded from Sony Ericsson PC Suite, version: 2.10.46.
