Sony or Philips which headphones are better !!!

My budget is fixed i have to choose between philips shl3000 over-the-ear headphones or Sony MDR-ZX100/B On-the-ear headphones which is best in these two and what is 30 and 32 mm Headphone Driver Units please explain it which is better more mm or less mm in overall ...........

I will ALWAYS pick an over the ear headphone over an on the ear. They are much more comfortable for long usage. Your ears don't get squished and the aren't as sweaty.

Philips is better. It offers better sound quality, loudness, and bass.
