Reciever has no subwoofer output. Reciever has A and B speakers. Subwoofer is passive and has 1 positive and 1 negative.

I think you are going to have two issues.

First....the amp isn't designed for a subwoofer so if you hook one up the amp may not have the power you want at the low end.

...and secondly....impedance matching.

You need to match the impedance of the load (the speakers) to the amps....and I don't know how you are going to do that....especially with two channels and one subwoofer.
