By challenging jurisdiction Hotz put his financial receipts at issue. This is not a victory for Sony, its just routine.

Don't buy into Sony Legal's PR blitz designed to frighten and intimidate. Just be glad that Sony Legal has a bunch of morons who just discovered paypal and are convinced it is the end all of online fund transfers. Imagine if they had tech savy people in legal!

I dont see why people are crying over this. You "invade" their system, they invade your privacy.
