I just had it power cleaned by Office Depot and it still gets hot

If it is clean inside, then I would be looking at it... 1. Needing new thermal paste... 2. Needing the fan(s) replaced... 3. The CPU or GPU is overheating and will need replacement (meaning the motherboard may well need replacing.
