Sony vegas and photoshop

just want to know if 8gb of memory is good to render 720p videos to put up on youtube and to do work with photoshop cs6 extended,will be using sony vegas pro 11.

Yes, it's enough. Even 1080p rendering doesn't take more than 1GB of RAM with sony vegas.
