Hi everyone, I'm posting this because I'm having an issue with sony vegas.
As said on the tittle I'm trying to render a gameplay recorded from a PS2, so:
_PAL (25fps)
_Resolution: 720:576

The problem I'm having is, after rendering with the best encoding I got, and using as much bitrate I can, the quality of the video is very bad compared to the actual recording AND even the preview from sony vegas.

So I hope someone got a solution for this problem, I really don't understand how the quality can drop that much as it's already pretty low since it's a PS2 recording.
Thanks for reading and trying to help.

I don't use Vegas but off hand it sounds like you are expanding the video size above the original ps2's 480i. This will cause interpolation as the software tries to fill in for the missing pieces and if your are stretching it to 1080 then that's alot of guesswork going into the mix.

Well I tryed alot of rendering options, like going to 720p to get better resolution and avoid the blur, and using the same resolution as the original video. But the result was the same sadly, losing quality during the rendering each time.
