sony vegas problem

First, sorry for my poor english.
I was using Sony Vegas pro 13.0, it was my first time. At one point I click something wrong (I don't remember what) and the work page change like this: http://i.imgur.com/hOGmv8e.png
that row appeared and videos have been suddenly divided into other levels (they were all on the same level)
Someone know how to help me?

Press CTRL+SHIFT while double-clicking on the program’s icon to launch it. Continue to hold the CTRL & SHIFT keys until the program is fully up and loaded.

In newer programs, you will see a window that asks “Do you want to reset all preferences to default values?” Place a checkmark next to “Delete all cached application data” and then click Yes.
