sound bar connect to dvd and tv

LG TV LG sound bar LG DVD blueray. Need to know how to hook up dvd player to sound bar also to have sound thru dvd player
Sound bar is currently hooked up to TV.

Most usual way is to connect the BD player to the TV with HDMI. Your sound bar should already be connected to the TV (how depends on the TV and sound bar connects available.)

"Standard" way to do is to have SoundBar with several audio/video inputs, and it depends on what your DVD/soundbar support.
Some soundbard have HDMI video pass-thru, and if this is the case, your connection would be
