Sound Problem - Browsers and Sound Programs

Hello !
I got an annoying problem sith my Toshiba Satellite P55-A5312 (Windows 8).
I can't hear anything on my browsers or Winamp or any Program , but I can hear test sounds for speakers.That's not logic for me.
When I open YouTube and play any video , I can see that , but I can't hear.When I'm opening my Aimp3 or Winamp to listen music I can't hear (No errors).
I just want some help from you , because I don't really know what to do.
P.S. - Sound 1 Input is for Laptop Speakers and Sound 2 Input is for Headphones.

Right click on the speaker icon in the bottom right taskbar, click "open volume mixer" and check the volume levels are turned up.

Also check Control Panel, Hardware and Sound, Manage Audio Devices, in Playback that Speakers are enabled.

All is fine ... I don't know.
Maybe Registry files are the problem (IDT)

Speakers , Headphones are enabled and volume is set to maximum.
I've removed the Headphones jack , but no result.
When I test my speakers I can hear , but when I play a YouTube video I can't.That's the problem !
I tried to clear the cache , restart the laptop , block some registry files and get them back , but no result.
That's so annoying.
I've tried another browser , no result.
I've treied Aim3 , Winamp ... nothing.

Sorry for +posting , but my problem isn't solved.
May any of you can give me some explanation what to do in my case please ?
I really want to solve the problem , because I can't hear anything , except windows sounds ... so the problem may be the registry manager , or audio drivers or ... I don't know.Give me a solution please ...

Hi, did you try reinstalling your sound drivers?

The problem was a very stupid one.
No one of device driver was set on Default.
I've set the speakers on default and that worked ...
Problem solved.
